Vacation

I just returned home from St Thomas. Vogel proposed and Jenny happily accepted. Everything was great! Food was mostly continental without any real island flavor and I only had the chance to do one wod. Jenny and I did 5 rounds for time of 400m run and 50 squats. Poor girl was hurting the next day. I feel pudgy and overwhelmed with all the moving chaos and work I have ahead of me. Oh well, three weeks until my high school reunion. ugh!

"Barbara"

Yes, I'm fat. I hit a plateau a few weeks ago, so I decided to drastically changing my approach to exercise. I'm going to absolutely destroy my body with Crossfit.

Set 4: 4:19
Set 5: 4:20
